Upon the humble Peticon of Anne Monnox< no role > (the widow of
Mr Lancelott Monnox< no role > late Clerk of this Hospitall & of the
Hospitall of Bethlem now decd having delivered the Books &
Writings belonging to the said Hospitall and the key of ye Office
to Mr Trear Baker immediately upon his death And Declaring
her Readiness to make up the Accompts of her said late husband
concerning his Recepts and payments for and concerning the said
Hospitalls And This Court Considering of the Care and
faithfullness of the said Mr Monox in these Hospitalls Affaires
And That he hath Left a Widow and fine & Children and but
a Small Subsistence for them It is Ordered by this Court
That the said Anne Mounox< no role > have leave and may continue
with her Children in the house and Rooms wherein She now
in habiteth untill Lady day now next comeing And That She
have and Receive the Quarters Sallary which would have been
due to her husband (if he had lived) at Michins next And the
fees & profitts of the Clerkshipp till that time And It is
further Ordered by this Court That the Sd Mrs Monnox Shall
have twentye pounds paid & given to her forthwith for her Prsent use
as a free Gratuity of this Court And also That the fine Children
of the said Mr Monnox Shall have the Same of One hundred
[..] pounds paid & given to and amongst them as a free
Gratuity of this Court To be disposed & laid out for their use in Such
wife as the President & Trear of this Hospitall for the time being
Shall think best for their advantage after Such time as the Accompts
of the moneys recd & paid by the Sd Mr Monnox in his life time for &
concerning the Sd hospitalls are Stated audited & cleared.

Also This Court considering That the Clerk of this hospitall hath
an Allowance for keeping a Servant under him in the Affaires and
business thereof and the necessity of Such person in case of the death
of Such Clerk It is Ordered That Such person who Shall be
Elected Clerk of these Hospitalls Shall wthin the time of one yeare
after his Election keep a Servant [..] under him in the affaires &
buisiness thereof And That he who Shall be now chosen Clerk
shall be & continue in the Sd Office for one yeare now next ensueing
Also It is Ordered That the Eleccon of President Trear
& Auditors of these Hospitals Accounts Shall be on Thursday
next will be a fortnight.
