Whereas Patrick Madan< no role > This name instance is in set 2639. was as a Sessions
holden at the Old Bailey on Wednesday the
sixth Day of December in the year 1780, tried
and convided of Telony and received
sentence of Death for the same, but was
afterwards pardoned on condition of his
entering and continuing to serve as a
Soldier in Our Corps of Foot, now serving on
the Coast of Africa And Whereas the said
Patrick Madan< no role > This name instance is in set 2639. after accepting Our Grace
and Mercy on the Condition aforesaid made
his escape from the Persons to whom he
was delivered for the purpose of being
conveyed to our said Corps of Foot upon
the Coast of Africa and was found at
large within this Our Kingdom contrary
to the condition of her said Pardon, when
by the same became void, and his formed
