and saith that he went his Morning to the House of Prosecutor &
that he there found the Prosecutor in bed with the Gout, [..]
and that upon he this Deponents enquring of him the said Prosecute
as to his ability of Attending this Honourable Court upon the Trial off
the above Cause he this Deponent was in formed by the said Daniel Jones< no role > This name instance is in set 1382. This set is in the group(s): GarrowsClients .
that he had not been out for the space of a Fortnight last past
and that he was at this time unable to walk and so much afflicted
as to be unable to attend to give evidence uffon the Trial off the
above Cause, And this Deponent saith that he verily believes the
said Information to be true and that the said Prosecutor could not
possibly attend this Court withoutvery great Danger
