John Evans< no role > of Gray's Inn in the County of Middlesex Gentleman
maketh Oath and saith that he was present on the Fifteenth day of May
instant and did see Robert Chaffin< no role > and William Chaffin< no role > the Prosecutors
above Name severally sign seal and as their act and Deed in due
form of Law deliver the Paper Writing hereunto annexed purporting
to be a General Release from the said Prosecutors to the above Name
Defendants and that in Testimony thereof he this Deponent subscribed
his Name thereto as thereby appeareth
