Who being upon Oath say, and first the said Mary
Woodfall
and Elizabeth Orton< no role >
for themselves say, that about 9 o Clock
in the Evening of Wednesday the 2nd. of May instant they wire
stopped in the Lane
leading to Kentish Town
by two Hootpads
both of whom were armed with Bludgeons and Pistols and robbed
of two Guineas and some silverThat they do verily believe a person
now present who calls himself John Pilkington< no role >
to be one of the
said Footpads that robbed them as aforesaidAnd the said Mary
Woodfall
for herself further says that she doth believe the Bludgeon
now produced to be the Bludgeon which the said Pilkington had in
his hand at the time he so robbed herAnd the said David
Prothers for himself says that on Sunday last he found the said
Bludgeon in the Lodgings of the said John Pilkington< no role >
