Who being upon Oath says that on Saturday last about
half past 3 o Clock in the afternoon as he was passing along
Henrietta Street a person now present who calls himself Henry

a Street Door & held him there for about 5 Minutes when he felt
one of the said two Persons hand at his Breeches Pocket, his
Pocket turned on the outside and three Guineas one shilling and
a six pence gone out of his PocketThat he seized said Man
by the Collar in order to take him into Custody when said
