said Bill of Exchange which he had forget to
do before but the said Robert Holloway< no role > This name instance is in set 3658. made
answer to this Informant that as he was a public
Man some people might make an objection to his
Name & therefore would give him a receipt that
would answer the same purpose as Indorsing
upon which he wrote the receipt or paper now produced
and signed Rob Holloway and then took the
last mentioned goods in this pockets sayd he was
in has to and then went away and never
demanded the Balance of the said Bill of
Exchange of this Informant and this Informt
upon his Oath further saith that he received the
said Bill of Exchange from the said Robert
Holloway
< no role > as a two Bill drawn by Thomas
Harrison
< no role > at Ulverstone in Lancashire
but has since been Informed and verily believes
that the said Bill of Exchange was made in
Nasson Street in the Parish of Saint Arms so he
at No. 3 in the said Street and was Uttered &
Published by the said Robert Holloway< no role > to this
Informant with an Intent to Cheat and defraud
him of the said Sum of Sixteen pounds and
ten Shillings contained in the said Bill
and this Informant also verify believes that the
said Robert Holloway< no role > at the times he so uttered
& published the said Bill of Exchange as being
made at Ulverstone in Lancashire know the
same to have been made in Nassan Street
in the said Parish of Saint Anns.
