under pretence of fetching the said Goods and this
Informant waited till [..] about six o' Clock when
Mr. Holloway came in consequence of a Message
from the said Leo Many Words passed and much
abusive Language against this Informant the said
Holloway desiring to see the said Note acknowledged
he did not like the Appearance of it and says it
was not worth a Farthing and sayd that the said
Leo knew it on Which this Informant sent to Captain
Haly who denied knowing any thing of the said
Leo the Prisoner at the Bar then this Informant
