Twelve years ago he lived in & rented a house of the yearly
Rent of Six pounds in Sun yard in the Parish of Saint Botolph
without Aldgate in the Said County & Continued in the Occupation
thereof for about the Space of one year & half & during Such
his residence therein was Charged to & paid Kings Taxes for
the same & by means there of gained a legal Settlement there That
he has not Since paid any Kings Taxes elsewhere or done any
Act to gain another Settlement That he hath a Wife named
Thene < no role > To Whom he was lawfully married & a Child named
Edward White< no role > aged Nine years & upwards the lawful Issue
of this Deponent by his said [..] Wife .

oath That her Said husband was by birth an Irishman as he has
informed her That this Deponent Can give no Account respecting
her said husbands Settlement That She this Deponent before her
marriage with her said husband was hired & lived as a hired Servant
by the year by & with one Mr Cox a Surgeon & Apothecary in St.
Catherines Lane in the parish of St Botolph without Aldgate in the
Sd County & Continued in Such Service for divers years & by means
thereof gained a legal Settlement there & did not afterwards do any
Act to gain anothr Settlement Save What She has Acquired by
her marriage as afore said That She was lawfully married to her
Said husband & hath a child named Ann Bevan< no role > Aged about
fourteen years the lawful Issue of this Depont by her sd husband
