Elizabeth Strickland< no role > Singlewoman maketh oath
That divers years ago She was duly bound Apprentice by the Parish
officers of St Olave Southwarke in the County of Surry to one
Richard Littleboy< no role > of the Parish of St Paul Deptford in the
County of Rent Victualler & Served five years & half of Such
Apprenticeship or there abouts in the said Parish of Saint Paul
That differences Arising between this Depont. & her mistress the
Indres of Apprenticeship were by Mutual Consent delivered up
& She this Deponent was there upon discharged from her Apprentice-
ship & at Liberty to go Where She pleased She this Depont being then
of the Age of Nineteen years or the reabonts as She now recollects
That She this Deponent thereupon (her said Master & Mistress)
giving her a character) hired herself & lived as a hired Servant
by the year by & with William Dimford< no role > in Stockwell Town
in the Parish of Saint Mary Lambeth at in the County of Surry
Victualler at certain Wages & Continued in Such Service for the
Space of Fifteen Months That She has not Since lived as a hired
Servant for the Space of a year nor hath She ever been married
or done any Act to gain a Settlement Since Such her Servitude
as aforesaid.
