maketh oath That her Said husband who is abroad in the Army
was by birth a Sestchman & never did any Act to gain a
Settlement in England That She this Depont previous to her
Marriage with her said husband was hired & lived as a hired
Servant by the year by & with James Hamlet< no role > in the Parish
of Morton in the County of Sales Harmer at Certain Wages &
Continued in such service for the Space of a year & has not
Since lived as a hired Servant for a year so as to gain a Settlement
elsewhere nor has she done any other Act to gain and Settlement
save her marriage as afore sd

thereon for Several years & by means there of gained a legal Settlemt.
there That he has not Since to this Deponts knowledge or belief
done any Act to gain a Settlement elsewhere That She this Depont
is legally Settled in the said parish in right of her said Father She
never having been bound an Apprentice nor ever lived as a hired
Servant for a year in any one place nor was ever married nor
ever did any Act to gain a Settlement in her own right
