purpose Doth hereby Order that it be And It is hereby recomended
and referred unto James Clitherow< no role > William Cotesworth senr
John Ellis< no role > Thomas West< no role > Philip Willshire< no role > and Nicholas Bland< no role >
Esqrs Justices of the peace for this County named named in
the said former Order and alsoe unto Sr. John Gonson< no role > Knt.
Thomas Milner< no role > Alexander Ward< no role > John Kyrby< no role > and John Mercer< no role >
Esqrs other of his Maties Justices of the peace of this County or any
three or more of them as a Comittee to treat with and take a
contract from Workmen for repaire of such part of the Bridge
as is in this County in a substantiall and Workman life
manner according to the said Report and scheme thereto
and also hereunto annexed or otherwise as the said Comittee
shall think fit, and this Court doth refer it to the said Comittee
either to take security from the Workmen for keeping such part
of the said Bridge as is in this County in good repaire for a
certain Number of Years, or not, as they shall think proper,
And this Court doth further Order that Sr. Daniel Dolius< no role > Knt.
Chairman of this Court be and he is hereby desired out of the
Moneys to be paid to him by Mr William Tillard< no role > Brother and
Executor of the last Will and Testament of Sr. Isaac Tillard< no role > Knt.
deceased late Treasurer of Bridge Money and out of other Moneys
in the hands of him the said Sr. Daniel Dolius< no role > , to advance and pay
one third part of the Money which shall be payable by contract to
the said Workmen on account of doeing the said worke and repaires
upon their signing and sealing of such contract, whose receipts
shall be sufficient discharged to the said Sr. Daniel Dolius< no role > for such
payments, And this Court Doth (Nemine contradicente) Resolve
and declare that such Contracts as shall be entred into by the
Comittee with the said Workmen shall be made good by the Court
of Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace for this County, And
this Court doth desire that the said Comittee will as often as they
can view the repaires of the said Bridge, and see what progress
is made therein, and to carry along with them such person or
persons as they shall think proper for that purpose and also
appoint a Surveyor to survey the worke and repaires, the
charged whereof shall be paid by Order of the Court of Generall
