That the Ground meant to be taken shall be
accurately Pointed out, The Width of the Streets
Ascertained, That a Plan should be Produced and
Referred to, that the Parish should have a Copy
thereof and a Plan or Model deposited by direction
of the Committee of the House of Commons to
which the City should be Tyed down

That the Vestry Room &c shall be built
in some certain Place to be fixed upon the
former Act pointed out the West Side of the Church
Yard

That the Poor Rate shall be Paid within
20 days after Lady day yearly.

That the Space around the Church shall
be enlarged, that it is not according to their Plan
of dimensions sufficient at the East or West Ends
for a Corpse to turn in-that a full Quantity
of Burial Ground shall be given in Exchange
for the Ground taken away.

That the City shall immediately enlarge
the Pavement on the South Side from Temple
Bar to Essex Street

The Parish are desirous of being
informed whether Temple Bar is intended to be
taken down and removed. also

Whether there is an intention of bringing
in an Act to make a new Street to Lincolns Inn
fields , as the Inhabitants are kept in a State of
Suspense

That the City had Returned for Answer that
They were preparing to let such parts of the
Ground
