That the said Committee do once a
Month or oftner, if need be, make a Report of
their Proceedings to the Parish at large in Vestry
Assembled

The Question being put was

That for defraying the Expences Incid [..]
to the forming exercising and completing of the [..]
Association Subscriptions shall be received from
any of the Inhabitants who may be pleased to
contribute towards such Expenditure; and the
Committee are desired to prepare books, and
take such measures, for receiving Subscriptions
as shall seem proper

Resolved-That the Committee meet
Tomorrow at 9 o Clock in the Vestry room of [..]
