Parish as their Freehold for ever instead of being
Placed in a first floor as proposed in the last Plan
of the City of London
It is however the Duty of your Committee
to State for the Consideration of this Vestry that
they have Pledged themselves so far as their
delegated Powers extended that the Parish
shall build at their own Costs and Charges a
Front to such an Elevation over the said Court
House & Vestry Room as shall make the Place of
the City of London
uniform and consistent and
they submit that Rooms may be built for any
use the Parish may think fit over the Vestry and
Court Rooms,the City being to lay the
Foundations and Roof in the Building

That the above Report be Confirmed
