It was moved by Mr. Wingrove and Seconded by
Mr. Johnston-That the above Committee be
desired and impowered to Compile such
Recommendations Observations Rules and Regulations
as they in their Opinion think fit will be of
Service to all future Officers and also for the
Regulation of the Workhouse and the Officers
therein.

The Question being put wasCarried
unanimously

Resolved that the Thanks of this Vestry
be given to the above Committee for their Attention

Temple Bar 2nd.. Bill

Read Two Petitions one of the Churchwardens
Overseers and Inhabitants one against the Principle
the other of Freeholders and Leaseholders against
the Clauses of the Bill the same being Approved

Ordered to be immediately ingrossed
which was done and the same was Signed by the
several Inhabitants present

Resolved unanimously That the Sub
Committee nominated by the Committee
appointed by this Vestry be empowered to meet
the Committee appointed by the City to Superintend
and Regulate this business and that they be
empowered to confer with such Committee and
to State the Complaints and Objections of the
Parish to the Proceedings of the City under the Bill
and to Arrange with them-Subject to a Report
and confirmation by Vestry on Public Notice
given in Church.
