This being a Meeting to Read over & Consider the
List of Collectors proposed to Receive the Additional
Assessed Taxes and also their Securities and to give
directions for enquiring after the Responsibility of
the Securities and also to read the Bill presented
by the City of London
to Parliament to explain
"amend and enlarge the Powers of the Act of the 35th-
"of his prevent Majesty Intituled "An Act for widening
"and improving the Entrance into the City of London
"near Temple Bar
for making a more commodious
"Street or Passage at Snow Hill
and for raising on the
"Credit of the Orphans fund a Sum of Money for those
"Purposes" and to direct the Mode of notifying the
same to the Inhabitants at large.
