Oath saith yt. about Seven Years ago she
Intermarryed with the above named James
Burton
< no role > who is an Irishman & never gained any
Settlement in England, And further upon her
Oath saith yt. she cannot give any Account of
the Settlemt. either of her Father or Mother
but yt. she was born in the Parish of St. Paul
Covent Garden in the Liberty of Westmr . And
this Examint. further saith yt. she never was
an Apprentice or Yearly hired Servt. or
otherwise gained a Settlemt. in any other
Place to her knowledge or beleife, that her
said Husband is a Soldier & in Garrison at
Port Mahone and haveing one Child. (to wit)
Mary< no role > aged 3 Years & upwds. and being now
being big & near her time is not able to
maintaine herselfe
