Who upon her Oath saith yt. she lived a Yearly
hired Servt . with one Mr. Perins in the sd-
Parish of St. Clemt. Danes Cook for the Space of one Year & upwards
at the Yearly Wages of £6 & further on her
Oath saith yt. she hath not since yt. time Rented
£10 a Year paid Parish Taxes lived with any
other Person as a Yearly hired Servt. for the
space of one Year [..] or otherwise gained a
Settlemt. in any other place to her
knowledge or beleife yt. she is now poor &
Sick & not able to maintaine herselfe.
