Who upon her Oath saith That on the-Day of Octr. 1711
She this Examint. Intermarryed with the above Named

And yt. her sd. Husband lived in & rented a House in
little Drury Lane
in the said Parish of St. Mary Le Strand
in the Liberty of Westmr
. of the
Yearly Rent of £20 for the space of 4 Years And further saith that her
sd. Husband after yt. Rented part of
Craven House
of one Mr. Jones
in wch. Street
in the Parish of St. Clemt. Danes
in the County of Middx
of the Yearly Rent of £32 & lived in the same for the space of
one Year & upwds. that the sd. Mr. Jones lives in an Apartmt. in the
said House & the remaindr. letts in Lodgings and is rated & pays the
Taxes due for the whole House And further saith yt. there is a
Door in part of Mr. Jones's Apartmt. wch Opens into the Appartment
this Examints. said Husband rented wch sd. Door Mr. Jones opened
almost every Day & he & his Servts. used to go through this
Examints. Apartmt. wn ever they pleased & coud wn this Examints.
& her Family were abed open the same Door & go up & down
their Stairs if he or his Servts. thought proper so to do and ye.
Water & Privy were for the use of the sd. Mr. Jones and his
Tennts. in Comon And this Examint. further upon her Oath saith
that her sd. Husband hath not since he left the sd. Apartmt. rented
any House Paid Parish Taxes lived with any Person as a Yearly hired
Servt. for the space of one Year or otherwise gained a Settlemt.
in any other Place to her knowledge or beleife That he now
Absconds from her & she being Poor is notable to maintaine herselfe
