To His Majesty's Justices of the Peace assembled in their General
Quarter Session of the Peace held for the Liberty of Westmr.
aforesaid.

Memorandum That on the 28th Day of July
last, Martha Clarkson< no role > ats was brought
before me one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the
County & Liberty aforesaid, and charged upon the Oath of
Thomas Smith< no role > for Profanely Swearing and Cursing
five times on the Sd 28th Day of July
last, and was thereof Convicted upon the Oath of Thomas
Smith aforesaid, and for none payment of ye
Penalty & default of distress was publickly set in
the Stocks for ye space of two whole hours

pursuant to the Act in that Case made and provided. All which I do
hereby Certify, according to the Directions of the Said Act. Given un-
der my Hand this Seventh Day of October Annoq; Dom. 17 19
