To His Majesty's Justices of the Peace assembled in their General
Quarter Session of the Peace held for the Liberty of Westmr.
aforesaid.
Memorandum, That on the Second Day of June
last, Rosemond Huggle was brought
before me one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in and for the
County of Liberty
aforesaid, and charged upon the Oath of
Ann Sunderland< no role >
for profanely Swearing and Cursing
ten times on the first Day of July
last, and was thereof Convicted upon the Oath of Ann
Sunderland
aforesaid, and for non payment of the
Penalty & default of distress was publickly set in
the Stocks by the Space of two Whole hours
Pursuant to the Act in that Case made and provided. All which I do
hereby Certify, according to the Directions of the said Act. Given un-
der my Hand this, Seventh Day of October Annoq; Dom. 17 19
