Quarter Session of the Peace held for the Liberty of Westmr.
aforesaid.

Memorandum That on the 31st Day of July
last, John Hall< no role > was brought
before me one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the
County & Liberty aforesaid, and charged upon the Oath of
Elizabeth Turner< no role > for Profanely Swearing and Cursing
ten times on the 30th Day of July
last, and was thereof Convicted upon the Oath of Elizabeth
Turner< no role > aforesaid, and for non Payment of the
penalty & default of distress was publickly set in
the stocks by the space of two whole hours

pursuant to the Act in that Case made and provided. All which I do
hereby Certify, according to the Directions of the Said Act. Given un-
der my Hand this Seventh Day of October Annoq; Dom. 17 19
