To His Majesty's Justices of the Peace assembled in their General
Quarter Session of the Peace held for the Liberty of Westmr.
aforesaid.

Memorandum, That on the fifth Day of May
last, John Morgan< no role > Dyer was brought
before me one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the
Liberty of Westminster aforesaid, and charged upon the Oath of
John Hilton< no role > for profanely Swearing [..]
one [..] on the sd. fifth Day of May
last, and was thereof Convicted upon the Oath of John
Hilton aforesaid, and Paid two Shilling for ye
use of the poor of the Parish of St Margaret Westmr.
Where the said Offence was committed

Pursuant to the Act in that Case made and provided. All which I do
hereby Certify, according to the Directions of the said Act. Given un-
der my Hand this, Second Day of July Annoq; Dom. 17 19
