alterations in the draft of the Conviction the better
to ascertain the facts mentioned in it, but
dare not rely on my own Judgment, to
could wish it were perused by Councel
& alesse you be Sure that the Same Method
hath prevail'd before; For I find no expence

The Bench Warrant Enclosed was given

order to have another there being a Copulative instead
of a disjunctive in this (where the live is drawn)

Oyer to Sign it, and when his done to Send it to
