Quarter Session of the Peace held for the Liberty of Westmr.
aforesaid.

Memorandum That on the 27th Day of July
last, Ann Sheppard< no role > was brought
before me one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the
County & Liberty aforesaid, and charged upon the Oath of
Thomas Slaw< no role > for Profanely Swearing and Cursing
Six times on the 25th Day of July
last, and was thereof Convicted upon the Oath of Thomas
Slaw aforesaid, and for non payment of the
Penalty & in default of distress was publickly
Set in ye Stocks by the space of two whole hours

pursuant to the Act in that Case made and provided. All which I do
hereby Certify, according to the Directions of the Said Act. Given un-
der my Hand this Seventh Day of October Annoq; Dom. 17 19
