Grant to Robt. Wilkins


To Robert Wilkins< no role > a Lease of a House in
Leadenhall Street for 21 Years from Laday 1758 at the
clear Yearly rent of £12, a Fine of £60, and to Lay out
£100: in Repairs.

Grant to Thos. Geeve


To Mr. Thomas Geeve< no role > , Executer of Mary Smith< no role >
who was the Widow and Executrix of her late Husband Joseph
Smith
< no role > , deceased. a new lease of the House next the Fountain
Tavern without Newgate (on his surrendering the old one
Granted to the said Joseph Smith which will Expire at
Laday 1770) for 21 Years from Laday 1758 at the old clear
rent of £6 Pr. Annum, Tenant to put Premisses into Substan-
tial Repair.

Grant to Jas. Steere


Mr James Steere< no role > our Surveyor having applied to
Us for a new lease of his dwelling house in the Old Baily at
£10 Pr. Annum clear rent instead of £23 Pr. Annum the present
Rent in consideration of his having had no Satisfaction made
him for him having laid out £150. above the £180. which he was
obliged to lay out and it appearing by a Minute of the Grand
Committee held the 9th. June 1738, that it was Their Opinion
that at a proper time some Satisfaction should he made him
in that Respect. We have therefore Granted him a Lease of
his said dwelling House for 21 Years from Chrsmas 1758 at the
clear Rent of £10. Pr Annum and the said Mr. Steere is to
lay out £150 in Substantial Repairs.

Grant to Thos. Bishop


To Thomas Bishop< no role > a Lease of one house in the Old
Baily and three houses at the corner of Fleet lane (now held
by the widow Beck) for 21 Years from Laday 1760 when
the Present leases will Expire at the old clear rent of £17
Tenant to put Premisses into Substantial Repair.

To Joseph Hunter< no role > a Lease of a House the corner
of Lawrence Pountney lane in Thames Street for 21 Years
from Laday 1758 at the clear Yearly rent of £5.10s and to
lay out £100 in Substantial Repairs, and to be allowed half
a Years rent towards the said Repairs.

To Thomas Hancock< no role > & Elizth. Battyl< no role > Widow a
Lease of Taversham and Fulborn Farmes in Cambridge
shire , for 21 Years from Michmas 1769 when the present
Lease will Expire, at £100 Pr Annum clear rent, and a
Fine of £650
