The Minutes of the last General Court held the
28th. July 1756 were read and approved

The Report of the Grand Committee of their
Proceedings since the last Annul Court was read and is
as follows Vizt.

To the Right Worshipfull the
General Court of the Governors of St.
Thomas's Hospital

We the Grand Committee appointed for the
Management of the Affairs of this Hospital do report our
proceedings therein since the last Annual General Court
held the 28th. of July 1756

We have granted Leases to the following Persons Vizt.

Mr Hump. Randall


To Mr. Humphry Randall< no role > Assignee of Mary
Keys
< no role > a Lease of sundry Tenements in Kent Street Southwark
for 40 years from Michaelmas 1756 at £42.clear Rent on
Condition of his laying out £200. in Repairs

Mr. Cha. Ellis


Mr. Charles Ellis< no role > our Tenant of the Cock Farme
at Parndon in Essex having proposed to sell to the Hospital
a Freehold Farme called Sumners of the yearly Rent of £61.
lying contiguous to and intermixed with the Hospital Estate
there We have agreed to Purchase the same for the Sum of
£1700.And have granted Mr. Ellis a new Lease of the Cock
