To Henry Connaway< no role > a Lease of the white Hart
Alehouse , and two houses behind the same in St .Thomas's
Parish for 21 Years from Laday 1759 at the clear yearly rent
of £25 the Hospital to put Premisses into Tenatable Repair.

Jno Committee to view
Estate at Parndon


We appointed a sub Committee to View the Hospital
Estates at Parndon together with the Farm lately Purchased
of Charles Ellis< no role > , which was accordingly done.

Charity School at
Parndon


The Revd. Mr. Fowler our Minister at Parndon
having applied to the Sub Committee for a Benefaction to the
Charity School there. We have order'd that four Guineas be
allowed for that purpose this Year

Richard Leeson
[..] Receiver


We have Directed that Richard Leeson< no role > whom
Mr. Treasurer has appointed to be his Receiver (in the room
of Mr. John Wright< no role > now Steward of this Hospital) have the
same allowance of Coals, Beer, Etc. as were Allowed the said
Mr Wright.

John Welch chose
Assistant


And We have appointed John Welch< no role > to be Assistant
in the Compting House in the room of the said Richard
Leeson.

Increased


We have thought fit to Increase the Salary of the
Clerk of this Hospital from £44. a Year to £100. in conside-
ration whereof he is to do not only the Business for which he
Received his former Salary, but all other Business of the
Hospital of what kind soever heretofore Paid for by the
Hospital without Charging or being Allowed any thing in
Respect thereof, Costs of Suits, and actual Disbursments only
Excepted.

John Evison Chosen
Beadle


We have Chosen John Evison< no role > to be one of the Beadles
of this Hospital, in the room of Isaac Dehew< no role > Deceased.

We further Report to this Court, that Mr Treasu-
rer having laid before Us the following Proposal, Vizt.

That in consequence of a further inquiry about
reducing the Fees paid by Patients admitted into this Hospital
He thought it might be recommended to the Governors (beside
what has already been done) to make an abanment of the Fees.
