Whereupon this Court took into their Consideration the
Representacon made by the said Report That since Mr. Girles Decease There
has been no other Surgeon but Mr. Fence who Cutts for the stone within this
Hospitall And that it would be propper that all the Surgeons should be
Employed in that Operacon And Mr Dickenson and Mr Paul the other Two
Surgeons being Recommended by the Grand Committee to be joyed with
the said Mr. Ferne therein The said Mr. Dickenson and Mr. Paul were accordingly
Elected and Chosen by this Court to bes Surgeons for the said Operation in
this Hospitall together with the said Mr. Ferne.

And the Speciall matters contained in the Report relating to a
New Building for Foul Wards And also for Raising the Roofes of the Wards
in the Third Court of this Hospitall and over the present Font Wards
being particularly Considered and Approved It is Referred to the Grand
Committee to Doe therein as they shall think propper and most for
the Service of the House.

And then the rest of the said Report and all the Proceedings
therein menconed were Approved of Agreed to and Confirmed.

And tis Ordered That the said Report be in all points Observe
and performed according to the true Intent and meaning thereof
And that the same be Entred in the Reportory or Book of proceeding
of this Court.

And it is Ordered That the Gentlemen now Chosen
together with the Right Worshipfull the President and Mr. Treasurer for the
time being and the rest of the Gentlemen of the former Committed or any
seven or more of them be a Committee for Managing the Affairs of this
Hospitall in the Intervall of Generall Courts for One Yeare from this day
and untill the next Generall Court after that time And That they have
the same powers which were Granted to the former Committee And All
matters Referred to that Committee and not perfected or finished are to
Stand Referred to this Committee.
