Which Report was well liked and Approved of by this Court And
it is ordered That the same be Observed in all Points according to the
true Intent and meaning thereof And that if be Entered in the
Reportary of the Procedings of this Court And this Court being well
satisfied with the Reasons menconed in the said Report which have
Induced Dr. Mead to Resigne his Place as One of the Physicians And the
Doctor being here present in Court The Right Worshipfull the President
by the Direccon of the Court Gave him Thanks for his Good Services in
this Hospitall.

Severall of the Governours present at this Court made very
Liberall Subscriptions towards the Suppose of this Charity.

now Goe off in Course as having been three years or upwards upon
the Committee and of Mr. Jacob Whiddon< no role > Deceased And it is
Ordered That the Gentlemen now Chosen together with the
Right Worshipfull the President and Mr. Treasurer for the time
being and the rest of the Gentlemen of the former Committee or any
Seven or more of them be a Committee for Managing the Affairs
of this Hospitall in the Intervall of Generall Courts for One Yeare
from this day and untill the next Generall Court after that Time
And that they have the same Powers which were Granted to the
former Committee And all Matters Referred to that Committee
and not yet perfected or finished are to stand Referred to this
Committee.

Auditors in the Auditing of Mr. Treasurers Accompt for the
Yeare Ending at Lady Day 1715.

Then the Court Proceeded to the Choice of a Doctor in the
Place of Dr. Mead who has Resigned as aforesaid And Dr. Moreton
Dr. Pye Dr. Aungier Dr. Browning Dr. Watts Dr. Plumtree and Dr . Thomas

The said Dr. Wadsworth was Elected Chosen and Admitted to be One
of the Physicians of this Hospitall To hold the said Place during
the Pleasure of this Court with the Usuall Fees and Perquisites.

And afterwards the Court proceeded to the Choice of a
Surgeon in the Roome of Mr. John Girle< no role > Deceased And Mr Baker
Mr. Chesselden Mr. Saunders Mr. Rydoubt Mr Penny Mr. Tanner
Mr. Looker and Mr. Josiah Paul< no role > being upon the Petitions Severally
put in Nominacon The said Josiah Paul< no role > was Elected Chosen and
Admitted to the Place of One of the Surgeons of this Hospitall To
Hold the same during the Pleasure of this Court with the Usual
