3dly.


That no Person shall be Admitted as an Out patient without a
Note from a Governour of this Hospitall Or the Church Warden of the
Parish where Such Person Inahabits And every Governour and Church
Warden are Desired not to Give such Note Unless they are well Satisfied
the Person recommended wants the Charity of this House and is not in
Circumstances to pay for Physick or Medicines.

4thly.


That at least One Doctor or Surgeon shall Continue at the Barr
on Taking in Dayes to Examine the cases of scuh as desire to be made
Out Patients.

5thly.

That no Out Patient shall be Continued longer Than One Month
Unless the Governours Takers in or Treasurer with the Advice of the
Doctors or Surgeour shall Give Order for the same And that not more
than 40. Out Patients shall be Admitted in any One Day.

6thly.


That Tables of these Fees and Orders shall be hung up in the
Compling house and in every ware And upon One of the Pillars under
the Great hall on Taking in Dayes.

15th July 1715.
All Which never the less Wee humbly Submitt to
the Grave Judgment of this Worshipfull Court.

Excepted) And That it be Entred in the Reportary of the Proceeding
of this Court.

Walter Jones Porter of the Back Gate of this Hospitall
being Recommended by the Grand Committee as a Proper and fit Person
to be Butler and Brewer in this Hospitall in the Roome of Edward
Stanfeild
< no role > Deceased was upon his Peticon Elected and Chosen to the
said Places To hold the same during the Pleasurer of this Court or the
Grand Committee He Resigned his said Place of Porter of the Back G [..]

chose Steward.


Then This Court Proceeded to the Choice of a Steward in the
Roome of the above named James Stancliffe< no role > who has voluntarily
Resigned the said Place And the Petitions of John Chadsey< no role > John Orchard< no role >
Samuell Beesley< no role > and Joseph Hulton< no role > being Severally Read The said
Joseph Hulton< no role > was Chosen Steward To hold the said Office during the
Pleasure of this Court with the Usuall Fees and Perquisites.

And afterwards the Court Proceeded to the Choice of a Person
for the Place of Porter of the Bank Gate in the Roome of the said
Walter Jones< no role > (now Elected to the Places of Butler and Brewer as aforesaid
