Expiring at Michas 1717. for a Fine of £800. At £30. P And Which New Lease is to
before the like Terme of 21. Years and to Comence from the Expiracon of the Old
Lease At the Yearly Rent of £100. free from Taxes And all other Deduncons of Quitt
Rents or other wise howsoever And theys are to Pay for a Fine as follows Vizt. £100.
At Signing of their Contract £200. more at Michas 1717. and the Remaining £200.
at Michas 1718. And are to lay out £60. in good and Substantiall Reparacons
of the Houses Barnes Stables and other Buildings belonging to the premises
within the First Three Years of the Terme They are to be Allowed Rough Timber
for the said Repaires from the Premises if it be there to be had And also £40. in
Many out of the Last Part of their Said Fine.

the Beadles of this Hospitall in the Roome of Samuell Lawrence< no role > who was
Chosen by this Court to the Place of Porter of the Foregate . To hold the
same during the Pleasure of this Court or Your Grand Comittee.

And Lately Wee are to Acquaint this Court That Mr. Mathews
Mead
< no role > who was One of the Chaplains of this Hospitall and Appointed to
Officiate as Minister of the Church of St. Thomas's is lately Dead And that
his Place is to be Supplyed by such Person as this Court shall think fitt to
Elect for that Purpose And to be Continued during the Pleasure of this
Court.

All which nevertheless Wee Humbly Submitt to the
Grave Judgement of this Honble. Court.

Which Report was well liked and Approved of by this Court And
All the proceedings therein mentioned are Agreed to and Confirmed And this
Ordered That the said Report be in all things Observed and performed according
to the true Intent and meaning thereof And tha the same be Entred in the
Reportory of the Proceedings of this Court.

now Chosen together with Right Worshipfull the President And Mr
Treasurer for the time being and the rest of the Gentlemen of the former Grand
Comittee or any Seven of them be a Comittee for Managing the Affaires of this
Hospitall in the Interwall of Generall Courts for One Yeare from this day and
untill the next Generall Court after that time And that they have the same
powers which were Granted to he former Comittee And all matters Referred
to that Comittee and not yet perfected or finished are to stand Referred to this
Comittee.
