Patient for Providing as above And also what is further
necessary or usuall Upon Salivations}

St. Saviours and St. Olaves in Southwarke Tho Charge is as
followes.

It the Patient Comes from any of the said three Excepted
Parishes Then the Giving Notice of the Death is only 6d. which
makes the Whole}

their Security Then the Charge is vizt.

Where any Parish or Security is at the Charge of the Buryall
Such Parish or Security is to have the Clothes and what else belongs to the
Deceased Patient

And Wee have Ordered.

1st


That No Larger Fees or Charges Than are above Expressed be
Taken for any of the Matters or Things above menconed by any of
the Officers or Servants of this Hospitall And That no mony or other
Gratnity be received by any of the Officers or Servants of this
Hospitall from any of the Church Wardesn or Overseers or any other
Officers of any Parish whatsoever on the Accot. of or in relacon to the
Admitting of any Pateints into this Hospitall Or any Out Patients Upon
Pain of Suspension of Every such Officer or Servant during the Pleasure
of the Grand Committee of Treasurer for the First Offence And of
Expussion for the Second Offence.

2dly.


That no Person Desiring to be an Out Petion of shall Enter within
the Barr till the Governors have done takeing in those who are to
be Admitted into the House And the Prendles are to late Care That the
Out Patients are Acquainted with this Order And that the same to
duely observed.
