Expiration of that Lease At the Yearly Rent of Five Pounds
and Nineteen Shillings In Consideration of a Fine of Sixty Five Pounds
and Fifteen Shillings Whereof One halfe was to be paid within Tenn
dayes after thesd: Agreement And the Remainder at Michas 1715: Under
such Speciall Covenants Excepcons and Agreements as are Expressed
in the Contract Signed by the said Joseph Jackson< no role > .

Wee have also Agreed with Mary Gladwin< no role > Widdow our Tennant
of the Manner House and Demeasnes of the Mannor of Tibshelfe in
the said County of Derby and other Lands and Tenements there now held
by her upon A Lease Expireing at Michas next to Grant her a New
Lease for the Terme of One and Twenty Yeares from the Expiration of that Lease At
Consideration of a Fine of Two Hundred and Thirty Pounds and Five Shillings
Whereof One halfe was to be paid within Ten Dayes after the said Agreemts:
And the Other halfe at Lady Day 1715: Under such Speciall Covenants
Excepcons and Agreements as are Expressed in the Contract Signed
by the said Mary Gladwin< no role > .

Wee have Agreed with Elizabeth Pursevall< no role > Widdow To Grant
her a New Lease of an Old Tenement in the New Way in St: Thomas's
Parish for the Terme of One and Twenty Yeares from Lady Day next
At the Old Yearely Rent of Eleven Shillings In Consideration of a
Fine of £10: which was to be paid in Ten Dayes after the said Agreement.

The Apothecary
to Reside within
the Hospitall


Mr: John Davis< no role > the Apothecary to this Hospitall being
lately dead We humbly recomend it as our Opinion to this Court. That
the Method of late Yeares used of haveing the Physick for the Poor in
this Hospitall provided by the Apothecary under A Certaine yearely
Sallery or Stated Allowance should be Altered And that for the
Future the Hospitall should Buy and provide All the Druggs Herbs
and other Matterialls for Medicines to be Used in this Hospitall and
have the same made up within the Hospitall And that the person
who shall be Chosen to make up and Dispence the said Medicines
shall be Oblidged to Reside within the Hospitall and not to -
practice as an Apothecary out of it, And to have a Sallery of £50:
P Ann: and such Other Allowances as your Grand Comittee upon
due Consideracon of the Case shall think fitt and propper And
that it may be Referred to Your Grand Comittee from time to time
to Choose a Propper Pson for that Service, And that he be Subject
to be removed or displaced as they shall See Cause.

Wee also Recomend it to this Court That your Grand Comittee
may be Authorized to give such Gratuityes to the Dr: and Surgeons [..]
of this Hospitall as hath been Usuall at the End of A Warr or as your
Grand Comittee shall think propper in Respect of their Extraordinary
Trouble & Attendances Occasioned by the Great Numbers of Sick and
