party Wall as is now used for a party Wall to the House built on the said Mr.
Joyners ground now in the said Mr. Tarrants possion In the said Mr Joyner
contributeing one halfe of the Charge of maintaining or rebuilding the said
Wall, And in Consideracon thereof he and his Heires art at all times former
to repaire and cleanse the Common Sewer reming cross Joyners Street
aforesaid, and also under the said House now in the said Mr: Tarrants possion
and shall keep the Pavements in repaire over the said Sowek.

Wee have agreed with Samuell Sharpe< no role > Carpenter to Grant him
a Lease of Severall Old Tenements and Ground lyeing in the now way in St.
Thomas's Parish now held by Mr. Simons under a Lease granted to Mary Gardiner< no role >
expireing at Lady day 1714 For fifty one yeares from the expiracon of that Lease
at the old yearly Rent of Three pounds and Six Shillings in Consideracon of his Paying
Eight pounds & Five shillings being the Arreares of ground rent due from the said
Symons (who is unable to pay the same) and paying the said Rent dureing ye remaindr:
of the said old Lease, and laying out One hundred pounds in Building of Two new Houses
with Brick Fronts upon the said Ground within Four Yeares: Excepting the liberty
of the Draine running through this Ground which is to be reserved for the use & benefitt
of such Tenants as have a Right to the same.

Wee have agreed with John Wicks< no role > our Tenant of Rabbs Farme in
Hillingdon in the County of Middx which he holds under a Lease granted to Dorothy
Munsaugh
< no role > for One and Twenty yeares expireing at Michmas 1714 at Tenn pounds
per Annum Rent, To grant him a new Lease thereof for One and Twenty yeares
from the expiracon of the said Lease at the said Old Rent of Tenn pounds per
Annum In Consideracon of a Fine of Six hundred pounds, whereof Two hundred pounds
was to be paid in one Month, Two hundred pounds more at Michmas 1713, and the
remainder at Michmas 1714 And also of his putting the House and Out houses
forthwith into good and Substantiall repaire, Reserveing by the said Lease a
liberty for the Hospitall to Exchange apeere of Ground parcell of the said Farms
with Captain Walker, and another peice with Mr Dodd and Mr Webb if the Governors
should think fitt. And he is to pay all Taxes and Quitt Resib Lord to Build a Cow house
near the Meadowes belonging to the said Farme. And whereas by the Survey
taken of the said Farme in the Yeare 1688 the same was found to containe but Ninty
four Acres Three roods and Seventeen porches. Now it appeared to us by an Account
sent us in Writeing by the said Mr Wicks, and also by our view of the said Farme that the
same really contained One hundred and Nineteene Acres one rood and Thirteene
Perches or thereabouts.

Esteeme proper persons to be made Governors : of this Hospitall and hope will become
