Brewhouse and also at the request of Mr. Thrale's Executors
to great the Lease reduced at a Grand Committee the
1st. December 1773 to be granted to Mr. Thrale of the
Kings Head Public house on the South side of St. Thomas's
street to Mr Banlay and Mr Perkins upon the same
Terms as it was agreed to be granted to Mr Thrale he
not having executed the Counterpart of his Lease.

Resolved
That Mr. Cline be continued in this appointment
of Lecturer in Anatomy and Surgery at this Hospital
during the pleasure of this Committee.

Resolved
That the Resolution of the Committee of the 21st.
January 1772 that no Deputation should be granted to
any person as Game keeper for any of the Manors
belonging to the Hospitals be repeated and that
the Treasurer be empowered in future to grant Deputations
to Game keepers for the Hospital Manors.
