To grant a Leases to Mr Benjamin North< no role > of the houses
in the north side of the New Way in Sr. Thomas Street< no role >
(agreed to be let to him as Tenant at well at the last Commee)
for a term of 14 Years to [..] from Michaelmas last
at £12 P Annm. the Hospital allowing the Land tax and
Mr North to put and keep the Premises in Repair during
the term

Hospital of a hence in the Borough of a Southwark for 21
years from Midsummer 1767 at £30 Annm. be at liberty

now resident in the Said house

of Mrs Smiths remaining term therein as she shall think
proper Mrs. Smith continuing Tenant to the Hospital.

Agreed
That in future the Treasurer with any two other of the
Governors members of the Grand Committee be empowered
to grant Licences for the alienation of the Hospital leases
and for granting under leases in those instances where in it
shall appear to them inconvenience may arise to the Tenants
from waiting for the Order of the Committee such Frances to
be in Washing under the hands of the Treasurer and such
live Governors.

[..] occasion of cutting this Committee was that the
Right Worshipful Samuel Plumber< no role > Esqr . the late
President of this Hospital had signified to the Treasurer his
