Tithes of Tibshelf
Purchased


Mr Treasurer reported that pursuant to the Order of
the Committee of the 24th of January last he had treated with
Mr Lord the Proprietor of the Great Tithes fo the Parish of
Tibshelf in Derbyshire for the Purchase of these Tiths for which
he had agreed (subject to the approbation of the Committee) to
give £3100 £3000 to be paid the 1st of August of the Title
is approved in behalf of the Hospital by that time or when it
is and the remaining £100 in the 25th. of March next

Resolved
That the said Agreement is approved and the Treasurer
is desired to see that the Purchase is property compleated and
a sum o f£5450 Old South Sea Annuities standing in the names
of Mr Treasurer Mr. Brought and Mr. Polhill is ordered to be sold
for the payment of the Purchase money.
