The Clerk acquainting the Comittee
that he had serv'd Mr. Blamyre with the Order
or Award of the Treasurer & other Governors
with respect to the Nusance erected by him to
the prejudice of Mr. Jeremiah Richardson< no role >
but that Mr. Blamyre had done nothing to-
wards removing the said Nusance.

Order'd
That the Clerk do with to the
said Mr. Blamyre & his Land lord Mr. Hay ward
that if the said Nusance is not forthwith re-
moved a Suit will immediately ne prosecuted
against them in respect thereof

Grant to Richard
Warter


Agreed with Mr. Richard Warter< no role >
to grant him a Lease of the House he now holds
in the Old Bailey for 21 years from the Expira-
tion of the present Term which ends at Michs
next at £5.- P ann clear Rent & £80.. Fine.

Gave to the Poors box a Guinea

The Committee formerly appointed for
viewing the West end of St. Thomas's Street are
desired to view the house now held by Mr. Slade
the passage & other adjoyning houses & to report the
Condition thereof to the next Grand Committee.
