Comee touching Mr.
Richardson's Complaint

Mr. Richardson's complaint of an Encroachmt.
or Nusance erected by the said Mr. Blamyre
That the said Sub Committee had view'd the
premisses and are of opinion That the boards
& rails put up by Mr. Blamyre for a passage
from his Kitchen to a little room on the other
side the yard is a Nusance & great offence to
Mr. Richardson's house and ought to be remov'd
and that Mr. Blamyre may either make a
pair of Stairs in the room under the little room
or place a Ladder in the yard to go up to it
but not fix anything to the premisses.

Resolved
That the Opinion of the said Sub Committee
be approved and the Clerk is to give notice
there of to the said Mr. Blamyre.
