Report from the
Comee for viewing the
4 New Houses in
St. Thomas's


Mr. Treasurer reported from the Committee
for viewing the 4 new houses Etc. That there is some
Extra work done by Mr. Porter to the amount of
£67,,2,,6 but there are some deficiencies to the
amount of £8.19.- So that the whole Expence of
the building is £58,,3,,6 more than the £844,,11,,-
for which Mr. Porter contracted & with that
deduction of the said £8,,19,,- the Surveyor is
of Opinion that Mr. Porter has fully compleated
his Contract.

Mr. Treasurer is desired to pay Mr. Porter
what remains due of the Contracted Sum of
£844,,11,,- and also £58,,3,,6 on account of the
Extra Work above mention'd which Sums are
to be in full of the said Mr. Porters demands
on Account of the said 4 houses.

the third of the 4 New houses above the Church
as Tenant at Will at £18. P ann payable
quarterly from Laday next.

Agreed with Thomas Barnes< no role > to let him
the first new house next the Church at £18,,-
P ann as Tenant at Will from last Xmas
payable quarterly

Gave to the Poors box.

Andrew Hutchins< no role >
of another


Agreed with Andrew Hutchins< no role > to let
him the 4th. new house from the Church at Will
at £18,,- P and rent from Xmas last payable
quarterly

Gave 1s to the Poor's box
