of which matter the Committee has directed the
doors & Passages from the said Red House and
Yard into the said field to be blocked up

That Mrs. Brown the tenant of the Bowling Green
House has plowed up the Bowling Green and the
little field adjoyning now laid into one and has
sowed Turnips thereon which this Committee
think was reasonable as there is no [..]
encouragment to keep up the Bowling Green

Mr Finch's
encroachments


The Clerk acquainted this Committee that
since the View the above mentioned passages from
the Red House & Yard have been blocked up and
that there being other doores into the field called
Three Acre field adjoyning to the Six acre piece
Viz. one out of Ground belonging to Dr. Bridgen
& another out of a Ground belonging to Mr
Walker, the same are now blocked up.

That the Clerk having been informed that
Mr Finch has besides his other encroachments
possessed himself of a peice of Ground in
Jerusalem Square cont. abt 13 Yards in
Length and abt. 16. Yards in breadth and
has Built thereon a pretty Large Building
used for Grannery & let with a House of
the said Mr Finches to one Mr, Geary
a Corn Chandler
