That upon this information the Clerk
had given Notice to Mr Brooks bank Mr Richd
Howard< no role > & other Governors of this Hospl. as
Hackney and the said last mentioned
encroachment has been View'd by them
in the presence of Mr Finch as also the
other encroachments and that the Map
and also the Plan of Mr Foremans Lease
were produced & Shewn to the said Gentd. &
to Mr Finch.

Mr. Richd Howard< no role > came to this Grand
Comittee and acquainted them with his
Opinion concerning the said encroachment

Mr. Finch attended and proposed to shew
his Writings to the Clerk in order to make
out his right to what he Clames

Order'd That the Clerk do State the
Case touching the said encroachments and
take the opinion of Counsel thereon

Agree'd to let Mr Mackey have the
Liberty of laying muck over the Sewer at
the Corner of the Hospital Ground near his
House He fencing of the same from the Road and
paying 2s:6d P Ann during the pleasure of
