Mr. Raper Mr. Wyeth Mr. Lessingham or any three of
them are appointed a Committee to procure a Conveyance
of the said Farmes to the Hospl. And to enquire into the
State and Condiction thereof and to give directions for
what they shall find proper to be done concerning the same.

Mr. President propos'd to the Committee to permit
Mr. Wentworth Gregory< no role > to be a Pupil in this Hospital
which the Committee Agreed to & Order'd accordingly

It being proposed & requested by the Gentlemen of
the Committee that Mr: president will permit his
picture to be drawn in order to be put up in the Great
Hall of this Hospl. Mr. President is pleased to Comply
with this request And it is referred to the next
Grand Committee to Consider of & fix on a Painter for
that Purpose

Mr. Treasurer reported that he & several Genll
of the Sub Committee appointed for that purpose had
viewed Clay Tye Farme And Mr Treasurer gave a
full Accot. thereof

Mr. Lade & Mr. Halsey added
to Sub Commee to Settle with
Ablen


Mr Lade & Mr. Halsey are added to the said
Sub Committee concerning the said Farme And
the said Committee is desired to send for the Tennt &
Settle all matters. with him in order to the Surrender
of his Terme and to Procure such Surrender
so that the Hospl may have the said Farme
fully in their Power to let to another Tennant.

Grant to Hackney
Parish of Ground
for a Work house


Mr. Whilhest and several Gentlemen of the
Vestry at Hackney attended & requested a Lease
of a Small piece of Ground containing about an
Acre near to and Fronting the Bowling green
House at Hackney for Building a Workhouse
And it is Agreed to let the said Parish have a
Lease of the said Ground from
for 99 years at 40s. P Ann clear rent The Parish
to have thense of the present Cart way that is now
from the road to the Bowling Green House and to
have liberty to take down any trees on the premisses
paying the value If the Workhouse be not
begun in two years from Midsumer next Or if the
Parish shall before the next General Court Signifye
that they do not intend to go on with their design
Or if the next General Court shall not agree to such
Lease the Agreemt. to be void.

£2.2s to the Poors Box

The Committee in Pursuance of a Power given
by a General Court held the 26th. February 1713
proceeded to the Choice of an Apothecary for the
Hospital in the room of Mr. Edmd. Dickman< no role >
