The Minutes of the last Grand Committee
held the 23d July last was read & approved
A Letter from Mr. Glascock to the Trear
proposing a Tenant for Clay Tye farme
was read

the present Tenant with his
friend Mr. Mayot attended and offerd
to leave the Farme as soon as the
Committee Shall please he being allow'd
for the improvements he has made
Ordered
That it be referrd to Mr: Trear to
settle the allowence to the said Ablin
in respect of any improvements whereof
he has not had the benefit
Mr: Lesingham Reported that he
with the other Gent appointed for that
purpose did go to the said farm and formed
the frame for Stacking Corn well set
but at a more then necessary expence
And that the House was found to be in
a much worse Condition then was

a new staddle for Corn all new gates
or the old Sufficiently repaired the
