to treat for a New Lease of the said Farme But
the present Terme not expiring till Michas 1731.
And Mr. Trear acquainting this Commitee that
there appeared to him to have been a considerable
Spoil made in the Wood thereIt is the Opinion
of this Comittee that the said Tennant be not
treated with till Satisfaction be made for the
Spoil in the sd. Wood.
Mr. Trear laid before this Comittee a Bill of
Law Charges delivered in by Mr Snell.
Ordered that the same be paid.
Mr. Treasurer reported that he together with
the Sub Commitee appointed by the last Grand
Committee had Viewed the Houses then
directed to be Viewed.
Mr. Jones Attended again & proposed to take
a Lease as at last Committee and offered £30. clear
rent & £20. Fine for a terme of 21. Years from
the expiration of the present Lease but the
same was not accepted
