Surgeon's Pupill .

Resolved that a convenient Dwelling for the
Receiver be provided by this Committee And that
the Receiver shall enjoy the usuall Allowances
of the other Officers of this House.

Resolved that Green Staffs be Sent to the
following Gentlemen Vizt.

John Schoppen< no role > recomended by Mr. Sheafe
Thomas Hawes< no role > Esqr by Mr. Aynsworth
Sr . Dennis Dutry< no role > by Sr . Wm. Billers< no role >
John Forth< no role > Esqr by Mr Lewin

Mr. Mills attended on the behalfe of Eliz: Mills< no role >
his Mother our Tennt. of the Fountain Tavern &
the Linnen drapers at the Corner at St. Sepulchres
lately burnt down the Original Lease whereof
Granted to Shuttlewood & Waterson at £20. P Ann
expires at Lady day 1741.

Mr Saunders the Linnen draper one of the
Undertennts. likewise attended And they both
withdrew and afterwards Mr. Mills attended
and proposed for an Additional Terme to make
up the present terme 51. Years the old Ground
rent & £300. Fine and resolved to wave all
further Proposalls if Mr. Saunders would give
more And then

Mr Saunders proposed for a Lease of the same
premisses for 47. Years from the expiration of
the present Lease the Old Ground rent of £20 P
Ann and £400. Fine to be paid down which was
rejected as below the value But he is to have
notice to Attend the next Committee.

Mr. Thomas one of the Execrs. of Ralph Hyde< no role > deced
our Tennt. of Two Houses at St. Sepulchres lately
burnt down (the Original Lease being at £20. P Ann
& expiring at Lady day 1738) Attended & prayed a
further Terme might be added to the present Terme
in Consideration of his having rebuilt the said
Houses in a Substantiall manner.
