Mr. Wm. Wood< no role > attended & renewed his Proposal
made by Mr. Gregory on his behalfe at the Comittee
on the 7th. September last for taking a Lease of
a House on Snow Hill for Forty Years from the
expiration of the present terme which ends at
Lady day 1749 And he produced a Letter from
Mr. Wilson Legatee of Robt. Plumsted< no role > deceased the
late Principal Tennt. consenting to such New
LeaseAgreed to Accept £10. P Ann clear
rent & £73. 10. Fine to paid on Sealing the
Contract.

He gave a Guinea to the Poors Box

Mr. Saunders attended again from Mrs. Phipps
and proposed to treat for a Lease or Leases for
21. Years from the end of the present termes
of 5. Houses he mentioned at the last Grand
Committee and offered to pay the present rents
& £250. Fine down or £300. upon the Comencemt.
of the New LeaseThis proposal was not
accepted.

Mr. Wm. Drinkwater< no role > attended & proposed to
treat for a New Lease of the Blacklyon in Fleet
Lane for 21. Years from the Expiration of the
present Lease.

Sr . Wm. Ogbourne< no role > Mr. Mee Mr. Gee & Mr. Hollister
are appointed a Committee to View the said Houses
& also the House next the Angell & Crown over
agt. Cheapside Conduct and also to review the
Angell & crown And the said Gentlemen are
desired to View all the Houses in & about the Old
Baily Black & White Court & Fleet Lane Whereof
the Leases are near expiring.

Mr. Fortrye again attended & proposed £20 P
Ann clear rent & £200. fine for a Lease of 21. Yers.
form the end of the present terme But the
consideration of the said proposal was deferred
till after the review above directed.

Mr. Jones attended & proposed to treat for a Lease
