Windmill in Newgate Market on a Lease for 16 yers.
¾ from Lady day 1714 at £23. rent Attended and
proposed to take a New Lease for 21. Years at the
present rent And to give £40. for a Fine.

The several above Proposals are deferr'd to be
considered at the next Grand Committee.

Mrs. Sarah Webster< no role > attended & proposed to take
a New Lease of 2. Houses in Old Change she now
holds under a Building Lease which will expire
at Michas 1729. & offered £10. P Ann but this
Proposal was rejected and she was desired to consider
further by the next Committee.

Agreemt. wth. Evan Pugh< no role >

Evan Pugh< no role > Tennt. of the Bowling green house
at Hackney & Mr. Thomas Harrison< no role > his Attorny
Attended & desired that proceedings at Law might
stay & offered that the said Pugh should submit
himselfe to the Committee.

The said Pugh Agreeing that the Governrs.
may carry away Gravell if they think fit It
is Agreed that all Proceedings at Law shall
stay till the next Terme.
